On sign up, your weekly subscription amount is calculated based on the medications, vitamins & supplements in your order, meaning that you will receive a custom price based on what you consume in a 7 day period.
On initial set up and every week following that, your card or paypal account will be pre-authorised for the first 7 days payment, and then every month will be charged when your medication, vitamins and supplements are shipped. This helps with budgeting because we charge a weekly all-inclusive price, instead of selling boxes of medications. Meaning that if your medication comes in a larger box, we handle the storage of the left-over pills for next month, and charge for 7 days at a time.
So unlike with a traditional pharmacy experience, every 7 days you will be charged that same amount. This will be automatically charged to your nominated credit / debit card or paypal account, unless you change or cancel your order. SimpleDose has no lock in contracts, and you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, we simply square your account up to finalise any amounts owing, then close your account.
